Erin Stoll

Massage Therapist (She/her)

Erin Stoll is a registered massage therapist who has been practicing since 2004. Her care is patient-centred, calm, and grounded in listening closely to each person’s needs.

Erin enjoys contributing to a patient’s overall sense of well-being. She sees massage therapy as a way to support both physical and mental health, helping people manage pain, improve mobility, reduce tension, and feel more at ease in their body.

Her approach is thoughtful and individualized. Erin tailors each treatment to the person in front of her, while also explaining what she is doing and why. This helps patients better understand their care and feel more comfortable during the process.

Erin often incorporates yoga-based home care to support progress between appointments. Treatment is aimed at reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping people leave with a greater sense of ease.

Approach to care

Erin starts by listening. She takes time to understand what each person is experiencing, then adapts treatment to suit their needs, comfort level, and goals.

She also values education within treatment. By explaining what she is doing and why, Erin helps patients feel more involved in their care rather than simply receiving treatment passively.

Her use of yoga-based home care gives patients simple ways to continue supporting their body between appointments. This can help reinforce treatment, improve movement, and create more ease in daily life.

Quick tip

Try using yoga blocks while lying face up on a mat: one block can support the head, while the other is placed vertically or horizontally along the spine. This can help extend the spine, ease tension through the mid-back and neck, and open the diaphragm. Breathe slowly and comfortably.

Outside the clinic

Outside the clinic, Erin enjoys yoga and walking with her dogs. Music and dancing are also a passion.

Movement, rhythm, and breath are part of life outside the clinic, too.
